Jefferson’s Tropics: Aged in Humidity, Finished in Singapore Bourbon
Kentucky Straight Bourbon | 104 Proof (52% ABV) | 750‚ÄØmL
Process & Profile
Jefferson’s Tropics is a bold experiment in maturation. After aging fully in Kentucky, barrels were shipped to Singapore, where they spent 18 months in unregulated tropical heat (~82°F) and high humidity (~84%). This equatorial environment intensified wood interaction, caramelizing sugars and extracting deeper oak elements. Founder Trey Zoeller then adjusted the proof to 104 for a robust, flavorful finish.
